I have no sound when i make a call no one can hear me and i cant hear them how can i fix it

When you make call no body can hear you because there will be mic in your handset it might be in loose contact or the mic is damaged ...

and you cannot hear them because the ear piece speaker is also in loose contact or it is damaged ...

if you are good at opening the handset then just open it and just have a check is there any miscontact in both the mic & the ear piece speaker ...

i think the mic and ear piece speaker are not touching to the circuit board so as it is not in contact you are facing this problem ..
check for the miscontact and solve it ... if they are damaged then replace with the new ones..
while purchasing the new ear piece & mic buy which is compatible to your handset model ..
if you are not good in opening then just visit the technician ...
he will do it ...
The price of the ear piece speaker & the mic are very cheap ...
if you visit the technician then he may take the service charges extra ...

Hello.

what this mean is that your phone hear pics is bad
there are two ways that you can replace your phone hear pics

the first is that you will have get an external type that is hand free and fix it up on your phone with this you will be able hear the net person communication from the other end and you will be hard a well

while the other solution is that you have to replace the hear pics of then phone it self by opening case of the phone and unscrew it and remove the hear pics
and replace it with a better one

you can get the new one from any phone work shop around you or in samsung shop .

SGH-J600 - NO SOUND AT ALL BUT CALLERS CAN HEAR ME

Hi,

there is a solution to the problem. The phone is a flex phone and most flex phones have similar problem on samsung phones.

It is a flex problem.The flex is in thread like form that connects the board to the front board that makes the screen displays.

The flex enables both the ringer, ********, and the earpiece to function, so when the flex is damaged it affects all other components.

You need to replace the old flex to a new one so that the other component can function again.

I have sgh b520 phone wheni keep it in ringin mode the incomin calls get recived automatically n i cant hear ne ringtone but these prob doesnot appears in vibration mode

Make sure your ringtone volume is not set to mute or your phone is not in the silent mode.

I have SGH J600. Can only receive and send texts,

did you check on your volume is up to check if you can hear the other party. normally your problem happens when the volume i down. So try making a call then turn the volume up to double check
