My webcam its not workig
My orbicam software missing please give software
Check to see if the driver is loaded for the webcam and the device is enabled. You can do this (For Windows) by going in the control panel, system, hardware, device manager.
As your webcam is "built in" the chances are that the driver for the webcam is not loaded, or another device is conflicting with it.
The best place to sart is in the device manager where it will show if the webcam is loaded or windows is seeing the device.
So go to your control panel & select "system"
Then select "hardware" from the tab
Then press the button "device manager"
If the device has a problem it will show up with a yellow error icon.
From this I will know the next step in helping you
For me to help you on line you need to open a premium account call, it's fixya's site's rules.
Can you do this?
I understand, but try this way for a while, we might be able to it!
Goto the acer site and download the driver for the webcam:
http://global.acer.com/support/index.htm
Load the driver that is downloaded. It will install the driver or upack the files needed on your hard drive:
If it loads the driver, fixed. If it unpacks the files, write down the location it unpacks the files.
In the device manager right click one of the devices showing a yellow icon, and click on install/update driver, select the location (Where the files unpacked) and it will say updated, or can't find driver. If updated fixed. If not do, the same for the other icon's.
Update me on how you go.

I didn't see anything that looked like it had something to do with my webcam. What do I do? Thanks for responding.
I have something with an yellow error icon.. with an exclaimation mark on it. But it says PCI FLASH MEMORY. There is three of them. They say exactly the same thing. I don't see my Acer OrbiCam (bison) thing anywhere on the list.
Rubec, would it be possible to aquire your help via remote assistance? I would really appreciate it, as I am very confused by all of this. If this is all right, my e-mail is [email protected]
Oh, is it? Sorry. I just scrambled through the internet for help when my webcam failed and nothing I did worked. If it costs money, or requires my real-life info.. No, I can't.
Wait, load the driver that is downloaded?
That link took me to a whole bunch of options. I selected the download category, but all these selection menus came up, and I don't know what to click?
I don't know what happened.. Because, I tried restarting and system restoring to fix my problem.. But, today when I turned on my computer, everything was working perfectly. Thank you for your time, Rubec.
