I have a smartcom very nice dive computer this issue can ONLY be repaired by scubapro themselves the smartcom is obsolete they will give you trade dollars toward a galleo or luna which are better dive computers

Unfortunately no it is not. Although it may be possible to do this yourself what the service centre will do is pressure test the unit after battery change to ensure that the computer is still accurate at depth and water tight of course. Hope that helps

You should be able to pop the computer out of the rubber housing (it will be tight) the details will be on the back. Hope that helps.

Battery life is completely dependant on how often you use the computer to dive with. Batteries should generally be changed every two years regardless of use. An authorised dealer will also use the best recommended battery for the unit and not use cheap imported batteries. Hope that helps

Bit confused by your question as you cant download a computer!! If your after the software for your Aladin try ebay or order it from any Scuba store that stocks aladin pro computers. Hope that helps.

If you have a new wristband, there is a spring loaded lug where the band joins the watch, use a sharp knife or jeweler's screwdriver to slide the lug from the watch

It really depends on the model number, if you can pop it out of the console you will be able to look up the model number. Hope that helps
