Have you got this resolved yet? If not, you have an intermittent fault in the wiring to the off balance alarm buzzer. Check for loose wiring while the machine is unplugged and you are wearing shoes and are not barefoot or in sandals.

See attached photo: you have a bad color wheel----it turns at about 12,000 rpm and bearings in the tiny motor go bad.
High pitched or fan like sound is classic symptom.
The wheel is available on the internet and You Tube has video instructions by model number for replacing it---Google the model number for the part number for your set to locate the part and instructions.
This for most people is a do it yourself job---takes like 45 minutes start to finish.
If color wheel slows too much set will shut down as its speed is monitored and the wheel can even shatter causing shutdown of the set.
the buzzing and click noise is the ptc overload relay on the compressor, its bad, unplug it off the compressor and obtain a replacement and plug in the new one
The electric motor my have failed or a part called a capacitor could be the problem?
The capacitor is part of the starting circuit of the electric motor, if this fails the motor will not start therefore the washing machine won't spin or agitate.
This could be caused by vibration of the element coil supports (ceramic pieces that hold the element) as the machine is running. It could be intermittent due to the expansion and contraction of the coils when heating up and cooling down. See if moving the dryer while it's "buzzing" makes any difference in the sound. If this is the case, you can replace the heating element or try re-leveling the machine. As a quick fix, tweaking the coil or supports is also possible but I wouldn't recommend this unless you feel comfortable doing so or you have experience.
A little lubricant on the pulleys near the belts will go along way. Its very easy to access these parts front the back of the machine with a 1/4 hex head screwdriver.
Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.
