My Washer does not spin or agitate when washing, but it spins when drying on cycle...

Hi Sir,

I had this problem last week...My washer does not load water...when i manually load water using a hose from a faucet,it start to wash...When it's time for it to spin...it doesn't spin...so my clothes come out wet...

Then the next day...it started filling up water on itself...just like the way it used to be...but then it doesn't agitate to wash the clothes...when it reaches it's cycle,it removes the water from the tub,then spins....

I talked to a technician to fix it but nothing happened...He can't fix it...
Im from a province,i guess the tech's here havn't encountered a washing machine like this...i cant afford to bring it back to it's service center because it's so far away and cost a lot for trucking...

I hope someone would help me with some troubleshooting tips.....thnx
