SOURCE: I bought a new Xperia X10 and i want to copy

Yes indeed you can copy your sim contacts to your X10

Just insert the sim into your x10.
Turn on the handset
Open main menu by tapping bottom of screen. Or touch bottom of screen and drag finger upwards.
Find "phonebook" and tap that.
Now your phone book is open Press the Bottom LEFT button on your handset not the screen the actual button.
A menu will pop-up so tap the "More" option
Then tap "Import Contacts" from this menu
Then tap "Sim Card" from the new pop-up.
The rest should work for you.

I hope this helps and I hope you enjoy your new phone. :)

SOURCE: Sony Xperia X10 Unlock Attempt Left

No way of finding out how many times the wrong code has been entered but...

You can still unlock the phone by using
"totalgsm"
software and your data cable that you got with your handset.

You will need to pay for some credits for the software to unlock your phone and your computer needs to be connected to the internet whilst it does it.
It's worth looking around for different prices too. I looked for a c902 and found prices ranging from £25 to £7 after you work out the exchange rate from Dollars to Sterling.
$40 is the starting price see how low you can find it. :)

well...

If you dont have it, try to sing up for a gmail or google account from other computer, and when you have it your mail accout, you must type it at Xperia........

If not, you must go to a dealer shop, to fix that problem.

My Nokia 3100 has wiped it's memory

I think the Contacts are saved to the SD card. Try this, remove the SD Card and Battery. Put the SD card into a computer card reader. See if there is data on it. Put the battery in without the SD Card and turn the phone on. See what happens and if the Operating system loads okay. Then power down, put the SD Card back in and book it up again. Make sure the SD Card isn't the sort with the data lock tab on it in the corner. It needs to be Unlocked to work.

No one else has encountered your issue.

I got this phone from Uncle Sam and there is a lot of stuff I will never use that I would like to remove.

Put in a SD card to increase storage capacity and change memory options to SD card only. Then copy your contacts to the card so they will never be lost. You can uninstall most but not all the apps on the phone.

Sim card not ready

Try going to storage in the settings menu. See if it says mount or unmount SD card. If not just take out sd card n turn off phone. Turn on. Look in menu, see if phone recognizes there is no sd card. If so, good. Turn phone off. Remove battery 5 seconds. Insert battery and sd card. Turn on phone. Allow total boot process before manupulating phone. Go to contacts. If it doesn't read the sd card automatically then press add contact. See if it has add from sd card

How do I unwrite or copy files to a protected Kingston 8GB SD Card

Unprotect the card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Nokia N73 memory full, backup help

To make backup of your contacts
  1. you can backup your contacts by saving them in sim memory. Go to your contacts mark all of them then copy to sim directory. if you have contacts more then your sim capacity use more then one sim.
  2. You can backup them by using PC Suit.
  3. you can send all of your contact details to your computer by bluetooth. This is a long process but most effective. To do that you have to send your contacts as business card format through bluetooth.
To make backup of your messages
  • Open messaging then go to settings, choose Others (It appear in last).
  • Cahnge memory in use to your memory card.
  • Remove your memory card from Mobile & put it in Computer.
  • there is a folder named system (It is a hidden folder so choose the 'view hidden files & folders' option through folder option in your computer).
  • Inside the system folder there is a folder named Mail copy this to your computer.
  • After formating your mobile repeat whole process but this time you have to replace the Mail folder by the folder saved in your computer.
