Hey, try taking off your cell battery, then your sim card. I have T-mobile nokia xpress v3.7 so i took out the battery cell off then simcard remove any meomry cards then put the battery back on, only the battery turn it back on if your sending any messages, pictures or anything, erase them uhh i did this cuz it might hve blocked the signal... but yea, put the sim card back on
