Hello. My Palm Treo seems to be resetting about every 5 seconds when I turn the wireless mode on. So when I dial out, it just resets back to the dial pad screen...Any suggetions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ok this problem is very common in 600`s i have good and bad news
first go to the phone application and phone info
see what hardware u have A B C
A&B are toast and nothing can correct the problem
if your in hardware C your in good luck
bad news my first treo had this same exact problem and i had to replace it:( BUT BUT BUT!! it was caused by a 3rd party program that messed would auto reset my treo everytime it came on unfourntely uninstalling it didnt work and the wireless mode never came on..
got my second treo and had the same problem but i did not hot sync and intsted beamed using infared all my data and the problem never occured but sometimes
Perform a hard reset, and clear the data off the treo.
Hold down backspace and the K key. While holding both of those down, hit the reset button on the back. Hold all for a few seconds. The screen will flash white and then turn off.
Then plug it into the charger cable. It'll turn back on and get you to put in all the settings again.
Turn Wireless off (you do not have to remove sim card ); Hostsync palm treo 600 to your pc; add all files of folder T6GSMUP305 by install from palm desktop.
It sounds like you have a bad battery initially, but your other issues may point to a software issue or something else. Have you tried a hard reset or updating the firmware on your palm? You can go to the Palm website and click on support and then choose the TREO 600 and the provider (Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, etc) to get the firmware updater. You will also find a User's Guide with instructions on how to hard reset the device. These two options may help you with your problem.
