Does not recognize any DVD. i heard it turning, and after a few minutes it spits out the DVD. these are all legit DVD. original owner suggested pressing the reset button. I did and it still doesn't work. do you the optical eye in the dvd system is the problem? How do I make my dvd system work. this is Rosen A10 all-in-one DVD/Game system in my Nissan Quest

SOURCE: Wireless head phones won't communicate with our Rosen A10 system

1 of 3 things can cause this
1) the unit needs to have volume turned up by its remote.
2) the volume needs to be turned up on the wireless headphones (locate on ear piece looks like a roll dial) power is on one side of headset volume is usually on the other side of headset.
3) the wireless headphones are faulty and should be replaced by company
note: sometimes the all in one units don't come with a remote which is needed to adjust some features if there is a vol button on DVD unit turn it up if not the other 3 should solve this problem

I have a 2001 Honda Crv, the cd player keeps ejecting CDs before it has the chance to load them. The radio works fine, and I gave tried burnt and original disc CDs. Can anyone suggest a solution?
Are these CDs that you burned yourself? Older CD players won't recognize the audio file format of this kind of recording, only the established file format that typical retail CDs have used for years. In recent years, CD players have been developed to recognize more file types than just the old format; but with an older player like you have in your car, it wouldn't recognize what you were trying to play, as if you put a DVD in. It balks, and spits it out. You can burn CDs with the correct file format, you just need the appropriate software or file translator.

DVD spits movie out after a few minutes
You most likely have a problem with the mechanism in the unit or something dealing with the optical pickup--depending on cost of the unit it may be less expensive to just replace it.

Most combo units (this is posted as one) only sell (if available) the entire DVD section.

1. your DVD blank may be rejected due to the program compatibility.
2. the DVD that is being copied was burn at a certain speed and this may have an affect on the
copy of the original.
3. the blank DVD should have the same capacity as the original or better that is if the
DVD blank has the capacity of 4.5 GB and the original is 8.5 GB then the copy has
reached it's capacity and will be ejected by the DVD burner.

This is an age factor of a DVD player that it stops reading pirated discs but at the same time it can read legit or original discs. I recommend that you take your PC to a technician or an expert who can provide maintenance service to it by cleaning and doing a little or so tuning or some times little or so repair which will add life to your PC and the devices it contains. If this does not work out for your DVD player you should consider that the time of replacing your DVD player has arrived.

try unplugging the unit for a few minutes..region 2 doesn't work on older dvd players/recorders..the newer ones may handle it...try the computer...and see if that can play it...

Disk keeps spinning and spinning
Hey deckerfam,

If you're encountering this problem with a good number of your CD/DVD's, you may want to try cleaning the lens of the player itself before resorting to any kind of drastic repair or replacement measures. Surface contaminants can often cause optical devices such as DVD players to fail to recognize any inserted media, and are generally among the most common reasons why such a failure may occur. This type of issue can typically be resolved by using an optical drive cleaning kit which you should be able to obtain through a local retailer, but please keep in mind that using one may not necessarily solve the problem.

Additionally, some DVD players may offer a "reset" button/feature that returns the player to its original factory settings. While I was not able to locate any instructions how to do so for this specific model, you may still be able to reset the player by disconnecting it from all power sources (including the battery) for one to two minutes before reconnecting them. I’d strongly suggest referring to your owner’s manual for more information however, as reset methods can vary from model to model.
