It's clear that you have to clear the Cache and the other weird message might be something like cookies etc... Could you please tell me the name of the Internet Browser you are using? Since you didn't mention the browser, I have to assume myself it as Internet Explorer. First close the internet explorer (without closing the internet browser, it's not important to do this, the cache files that are being used will not be cleared and you'll not see the effect). Open the Control Panel, and again open the "Internet Options", on the "General" tab, click "Settings" beside the "Delete" in the "Browsing History" field, another dialog box will pop up, check the "Disk Space to use......" and increase the value if it's less than 500 (you can increase it upto 1GB). After it's done, click and return to the "Internet Options" dialog box, now click the "Delete" button just beside the "Settings" below the "Browsing History", another pop will come up, from there, verify that the first four options are selected/checked and click "Delete", confirm if you are, wait for few seconds until the delete is completed, and exit the "Internet Options". Now open the browser and work with your emails. It should work fine.
If your internet browser isn't Internet Explorer, you have to delete the cache/cookies/temp files from the "Tools" menu i.e. in Firefox: Tools > Advanced > Network > Clear Now, and in GoogleChrome, Tools > Under the Hood > Clear Browsing Data. You may be asked to close the respective browsers, do so or it may automatically do it for you with another confirmation.
After you are done, Restart your computer and try again. There are also several Tools/Programs to clear these things, if you can't do it as mentioned above, let me know so that I can give you the link where you can download the tools.
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
