My dehumidifier frequently shows that the tank if full when it is empty and has been for several days and it will not start up again. I unplug it, shut it off, etc and it will not start up. Can you give me any suggestions. I have even left the tank out for several days to dry out and it still will not start again.

Sounds like your float is stuck in the full position, or the sensor that shows full is stuck on full.
If tank is empty but shows full, problem lies where full signal is coming from.

CH 01 Indicates that water collection tank is full and needs to be removed & emptied. Turn the unit OFF and unplug it, before removing the bucket.

My dehumidifier keeps beeping??????

The water tank is either full or not positioned correctly. Empty the tank and/or make sure it is positioned correctly (should fit perfectly and not bump out from rest of unit).

If you have it connected to the drain directly, your tank may still be filling up unless you have the PUMP button pressed (and PUMP is showing in the LED screen).

Unit indicated that the tank was full, it was empty, I open and close tank , then the unit blew my circut breaker. please note the full indicator light did go out.

My unit stopped working after less than 1 year . It will occ start up dor a few secs and then stop again??

Hi,

The tank may be full. Your dehumidifier has a safety device that turns off the dehumidifier when the water tank is full. Usually the tank itself either presses against a switch or there's a device connected to the tank that triggers a switch when the tank is in place and full.

If you've emptied the tank and the unit doesn't run, inspect the place where the tank rests to see if there's a switch or mechanism that's not being activated. You may be able to turn it on with a simple flick of your finger.
