Lens problem? when I take a picture, I have to zoom in to get a full picture, otherwise the lens seems to cut off diagonally on top and bottom.

This sounds like your automatic lens cover on the front of your lens is sticking. If this happens, take a look at the front opening of your lens to confirm this (it's very obvious). If so, try the simple fixes listed here (don't open the front if you can avoid it):

Have you tried to reset to original settings in the setup window. I would try that maybe..
If that doesn't work then its probably an issue with your sensor unit which is apart of your lens.

Picture too big

It seems as if your tv is in "crop", "Zoom", or "full" mode. Select letterbox, normal, or full-screen mode. Look in the manual for exact instructions.

My TV picture cuts off on the top and bottom

Check what format you are in. 4:3 is like a regular tv. Sides will be cut off in this format on a widescreen tv. 16:9 zoomed will cut of top & bottom slightly. You want just regular 16:9. No zoom.

PICTUR IS TO TALL FOR SCREEN CUTS OFF TOP AND BOTTOM OF PICTURE

Depending on the model and manufacturer, look for a "format" or an "aspect button on the remote control. This will change the screen size from 4:3, full, zoom, etc.

Digital LIfestyles 32

On your remote control you should see a zoom or picture size button. Try changing this back to 16:9. I expect that your screen got zoomed either on purpose or by accident by someone. Some people zoom in the picture to eliminate the aspect ratio areas at the top and bottom and/or sides.

This should be your problem, just un-zoom the picture

Cant see full picture w/ Vizio 32in HDTV

You would look for a format button on your remote.
Dish Network: bottom left the asterisk "*" button
DirecTV: top left, second from the top labelled "format"
Cable remote: look for format, zoom, or aspect ratio

Pressing this button should scroll you through the options.
