As you can see on the download page of samsung, there are several applications available. It's a bit confusing, as they have
Multimedia Studio (1.0),
Samsung Music Studio (1.0) and
Samsung Media Studio(5.1.3.2).
I think you should just download Music Studio. This is a
direct download link to the installation file. Since the Multimedia Studio doesn't work, you can uninstall it.
Also something to check, is that because the player is recognized and listed in the Device Manager, it probably is available in
My Computer.
If not: right-click
My Computer ->
ManageSelect
Storage ->
Disk ManagementYour mp3 should be listed there as an 20GB drive.

I am getting cyclic redundancy check (CRC error). How can I fix it. I use Windows Vista. The player works fine and I do have the original CD. I never had this problem when I used other PCs in the past. Can you help? thanks!
