I can attach the immersion blender attachment but it does not turn on. The machine works fine with the mini-chopper attachment or the beaters. How can I fix this?

Hi
Make sure you use the pulse function of the power switch. Only this position (forward, away from you) will activate the immersion blender, and then at full speed only.

My Braun 220 has lost power suggesting motor dying. Can I purchase a replacement hand unit as all the attachments are OK.

I very much doubt if you will be able to purchase the hand unit on its own, and I also doubt if there will be any great saving in doing this.

Braun multimix won't run on 1st and 2nd speeds--only 3rd speed.

According to my limited spanish I assume you need spare parts?
I suggest braun.com internationally, and also smallappliance.com if you live in the US.
You will find the 4-digit type number required on the base plate.

Yes. You can find spares at smallappliance.com. navigate by brand and category.Your 4-digit type code can be found on the base plate. Otherwise, you can use Braun.com and their spare parts nr locator by searching for the 4-digit product code. Note the number and contact one of the authorized dealers from the list.
