The only number I can find on the range any place is on the top Rear left facing from the rear it is PN 3196978 for White. It looks like the RF364 Pictured. The clock and timer will only come on if the Oven light is on. You can not use the oven unless the light is on. I would think the clock is missing a ground and is obtaining through the bulb. The back had never been off and when removed all connections were tight and plugs were all checked. The range is about 7 or 8 years old. This model has no Hologen elements. Our previous one was all Hologen.

hoops, it almost sounds like you lost a leg of power, L2. L1 is sending power to the board but but it's not making the loop. Too much of a coencidence that the burners and oven are not working. Check the cord connection to the oven. You should have 220V across the 2 outer terminals. 120V from each end to center terminal. Let me know what you find. Catriver.

you say after 5 min of plugging in , is this brand new and still covered under your 1st year warr???if so get an authorized servicer out there to take a look at why should you be responsible for their problem

There is a bottom hidden element that is the main element used for baking and cleaning. If its not heating then the element has gone bad and needs replacing. If you have a volt meter then you can confirm this by checking the voltage between the two terminals sticking out of the rear of the range. There should be 240vac across the two. If you have that then you need a new element if you don't then you need a new control board.

I was able to remove the base from the socket by inserting pliers and opening them so that they pressed against the inner sides of the base and then turning while exerting pressure.

I was baking and the stove suddenly changed to Maxi Broil and then to ERR F2EO Stuck Key. I cannot seem to change it by start or off or even turning the unit off and then back on. Any suggestions? Thanks.
