GO TO UR SIM OPTION > ROMING > NATIONAL > UPDATE UR SIM CARD > PHONE WILL BE RESTART > REMOVE UR BATTRY AND SIM CARD > AFTER 5 MIN. PUT UR SIM IN TO UR MOBILE AND SWITCH ON UR MOBILE. 2ND > GO TO SETTING > RESTORE COMPANY SETTING.

go to the store you got the phone and get angry with them until they fix it for free.it worked a year ago when my sgh-zv10 had the same problem.now i have problems with my samgung u900v.the touch screen does nothing when i touch it.i mean it gives no response.it is like talking to a dead monkey.

one of two things. Your flex cable can be faulty, or your speaker more likely the flex cable...Try also to reset it to fabrick defaults..

IF THIS IS THE CASE YOU WILL NOT HEAR DAILING TONE, YOU WILL NOT HEAR ANY INCOMING SOUND. GET IT REPAIRED BY A PROFESSIONAL REPAIRER BECAUSE YOU CANNOT DO THIS BY YOURSELF

WHEN I MAKE A CALL I CANNOT HEAR A RING TONE OR THE OTHER PERSON THE PHONE IS COMPLETELY SILENT. HOWEVER THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END CAN HEAR ME.

probably the earpiece of your cellphone has been defective. try to check with a multimeter or look for any cold solder before you replace it with a new one.

When dialing with my logitech skype phone I can't hear any sound until the other person answers the phone. It only happens with skype to skype calls. It works perfectly calling regular phones.

This is probably because dial tones and ringing tones are part of an archaic system. Your cell phone still makes these noises as a courtesy, and you hear the dial tones/ringing tones when you make regular calls because your phone is communicating with the standard phone system.

The phone rings,states the number calling but you can't talk to the caller. When you answer the phone, the person on the other end can hear you, but you can't hear anything. You can't get a dial tone when...

The switch that the handpiece activates is not working. Could be optical, magnetic or physical. It may need cleaning, adjusting or a wire connection repaired. Also check the curly cord and its connections between the handpiece and telephone.
