Printer problem I have a Toshiba laptop with Vista OS and an HP Office Jet V40 all-in-one printer. When I try to print it goes to the que and stops and will not print. When I try to scan, the printer gives an error the says "printer not connected to PC". I tried downloading latest print drivers from HP official website, but they say there is nothing to download and that I have the latest drivers already installed.

Don´t Print my HP Officejet v40

From what I can see Vista already has the drivers for this printer built in, so if you have installed the Windows XP drivers from CD you may need to remove them first and see how it goes with the standard Vista drivers.

Please note that some functions may not be available as this product is not completely Vista compatible.
