I have the same problem. I had a tech guy come to the house and there is a part that needs to be ordered for it. If you have a warranty it is free but if not the tech guy said the part costs from $450 to $500.

If your tv has a custom settings area, first turn all color down on set so picture looks black and white. Now in color settings look for red blue and green color bars. Use the bars until the picture looks as true to black and white as possible. Also, try changing color temp.
What type of connection are you using? if you're using component, make sure all the red, blue and green matches. If all is correct, go to menu, picture and all your color setting is there
YES. Take it back. Also take your DVD and cables also. Have the store try the tv with their DVD and cables and see if you get the same problems. It it good, then try your cables. Or try your DVD with their cable. It's under warranty now so resolved it now. If you bought by credit card, that may have a brief warranty also.
Check the owners manual and see if there's a place that allows you to reset to factory defaults. Sounds like your color settings Hue--Saturation ETC are way off the mark
it should have a year warranty get it in for warranty repair before the warranty runs out or someone tells you the wrong thing to go and the tv ends up as a big paperweight...
The TV is 2 days old and we do not know how to get it to show color.
