I cant download songs because windows media player 10.0 does not recognize the pearl th1100a

plug it into a computer's usb drive,
use windows explorer or mac's expose to browse the folder in your player.

choose song, press delete.

try going on the website, there may be a critical patch for you're driver or mp3

my pearl was drop in the water but it still works and when i plug it on to the computer i cany put any more songs on it

i have the RCA pearl mp3 player model #TH1100A my comp won't recegnise it to synk songs

why when i plug my rca pearl mp3 player modle # is TH1100A it dont do any thing n it dont work in media play how do i get it working

if you can´t in windows ,try on ms-dos, i have TH1100A model ,when i have a problem like corrupt files or virus ,i format on ms-dos and my mp3 work again. i hope this help you ,

Quue I had many of the same problems as listed above. what worked for me was to go here and download the firmware upgrade installer. Follow the directions and be sure to check the reformat box b4 you start. My pearl th1100a is working fine now.

Hi, you can try to upgrade the player's firmware, you can download it from the RCA Website (http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/).
If your computer doesn't recognize the player, you'll have to turn it off and keep "PLAY" pressed for 10 seconds while connecting it to the USB port, then update the firmware.

yes...you click SYNC on windows media player and on the LEFT MARGIN thingy look for THE WORD PEARL OR TYPE OF MP3 PLAEYER you have............ click it and then what pops up you click CLICK HERE and then on the song list delete the songs you don't want! :]
