I have a question does your friend's Simcard have a Security Code? Because i think the phone and the simcard have both security codes. If your friend doesn't remember putting any security code try using its default security code: 12345 If this doesn't solve the problem then you already need a cellphone repair shop to factory reset your phone by using a flasher.. hope this help
