Woops, famous WSOD (White Screen of Death) this is all due to firmware bug you need to update the Software/Firmware of your phone, but no need to worry if you got the Data Cable of your mobile, you can solve this by yourself. I've done it many times for many SE Phones, with 100% success.
Ok, if you have got your cable, then proceed; I've attached the download link below, go there download the Update Utility, install it and then the wizard will guide you on how and when to connect your phone, its easy as 123. Hello,    Yes you need to take your mobile for service..please take it to any nearby sony ericsson show room..It seems theres a problem in your speaker which can be caused due to many reasons..thank you..

As the screen may be defective as its fallen and if its within warranty you can get it done by the phone company or you get it done in local mobile service center...
