You bought what from a pawn shop? You can type the make and model of your device into a search engine like google.com and add the word "manual" to it---like this:

Just bought a Eee PC 1000HA from a pawn shop, and when I charged it and turned it on, it goes to a bios screen that says at the bottom that the hard disk is locked. It ask's for user password or press ESC...

When buying things from a pawn shop, it is wise to check it out to see if it functions properly before you purchase it.
Hard disk passwords cannot be broken/hacked, and putting a new hard disk in the laptop may not work, this depends upon the BIOS password setup.
I suggest you try and return it and get a refund.

The 8025 is a very cheap camera....I hope you didn't pay more than $15 at the pawn shop. Your camera has a blown flash tube. The camera could have been dropped in water by the previous owner. You could have bought one at Walmart that would have at least worked a little longer.

I bought gps at pond shop and it's asking me for pin?? what should i do?

Return the unit to the pawn shop. This is a PIN put in by the original user just in case it gets stolen. If the original user sold this to the pawn shop they would of removed the PIN or provided it to the pawn broker. If it was stolen there is nothing you can do but throw the unit out if the pawn broker will not help.
