If your antenna is simply bent, you can buy a replacement at Radio Shack or other local electronics store. They have a standard screw-hole size so most antennas will work.

Ive taken all the screws (that I can find) out, but cannot separate the blue base from the black top. Does anyone know what might be keeping them together?

if the base has rubber feet ( blocks to protect furniture or to prevent it moving around
try removing the fixing screw in that block

My memorex MP3851SP Radio/CD Boombox will not play a CD. It is turning but there are times when 01 shows up and others times the word "NO" shows on the screen.

There's a couple possibilities here...
The laser lens may need to be cleaned (use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol or Windex - just DAMPEN one end of the q-tip, and wipe the lens very lightly and dry it with the other end)
the other possibility is that the laser is dying.
The laser mechanism will need to be replaced for a lasting solution, or if you can find the bias adjustment (usually very close to the laser itself) and you can tweak it up just a hair, you may get a few more months out of the dying laser.

I can hear music from radio with head phones...but not thru speakers. Worked until I used the CD.

i have to refer you to the users manual -- i am sure its an easy fix -- have you tried reading the manual and locating a mute biutton or switch to take you from audible to head phone set ?
