It looks like the error in ur registry because of invalid registry errors so make ur registry error fix by using reginout regcleaner it will fix ur problem

The problem seems to be in your cds. In this case, especially if the product is still in warranty, you can ask from Sony website if they will send you a new set of cds.
Boot into bios to verify system can see the hard drive. If system shows drive in bios and you are using windows xp or later try using the recovery console options by tapping F8 repeatedly to enter menu. , if you have one. If no recovery console...use either the recovery disks created by the system administrator or the original install disk to attempt a repair option on the boot of windows.
Your hard drive might have damage or the OS my be missing or corrupt.......you might have to re-install the system.
Have tried to reboot it through its own internal memory w/out the discs? Restart your computer, get into your bios to go to factory restore and do it from there. You should be good to go from there w/out the discs. : )
I had error 305: 69 when I tried to repair my sony vgn-ns160d using the recovery disc1. I called sony support and they told me that me hard drive was defective and needed to be replaced. they did not want to send me new recovery discs beause I was out of warranty. I copied the recovery disc at slow speed on another computer and tried rebooting the sony laptop with my fresh copy of the recovery disc. and it WORKED! it was not my HD that was defective it was their recovery disc! sonys support is non existent! trying to sell me a new hard drive!
I don't have PCG-GRZ610 laptop so i can't sent you the CD, but i can give you one other solution: Install your new harddrive with any CD of Windows XP Professional, enter the key number with your XP CDKEY (look of the bottom of your laptop!), then install drivers and applications which you can download them at http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=PCGGRZ610, active your Windows if it ask--over the internet, after that--just for backup--you can make your new OS a image with cloning/backup image software as Symantec Norton Ghost etc. GoodLuck.
