If it is a factory system put the key in the driver door and turn it all the way left then all the way right should disarm it! If it is an after market system their should be a button under the dash on the drivers side to disarm it!
i had the same problem...when someone would send me a text from aim it would show, but just stay stuck on that main screen....what i did was go to aim....then put in my cell phone number...and sent myself a message...then it came in my inbox on my phone...finally my aim was visible with all my buddies...hope this works for you too!!

what you should do is go to your network store and ask for them to give you a code that will unlock your code or im having a full refund and tell my friends and family not to stay with you because if you have a problem they wont help you.
