I have the parts manuals but they stopped making the parts for them you mite be able to find some parts that have been sitting for years , most SE 8 are dead by now most of them the bearring went bad for the gage plate and then the socket that holds it is bad so the machine is junk

Bizerba se12d slicer Se12d slicer a Full automatic sometime work some sometime dont work .

1. you have to bring the carriege home (which means you have to pull it all the way)
2. If that doesn't help it might be some sensor.

Bizerba SE12 slicer with the auto slicing. When on manual it runs for 30 seconds and shuts off. Start it again right away, after 30 seconds it shuts off. Manual slice it does not shut off Suggestions?

turn up auto operation time (knob on side) not thickness knob to a time more acceptable to you (or it can be malfunctioning too) just by noting auto slice mode tells you it runs on a timer , as it auto advances product to make even thickness slices each time

if you here it running but not spinnig im pretty sure its the belt
