I hav a new operating system on ma p.c but i dont have drivers for sound on my motherboard.. PLEASE HELP!

Just access the manufacturer's web-site for the motherboard, e.g., 'www.asus.com' for ASUS motherboards, and click "support", and select the device-drivers for your Operating System, and download.

PROBLEM WITH SOUND DRIVER

You will have to find out which sound card is in you system. without the information, it is difficult to locate the audio driver.

Hi,

Go to the Asus site , select North America, click on Download,

In Select Product, choose Motherboards;

In Select Series , choose Socket754;

In Select Models, choose K8V-MX;

Click on Search;

Expand Audio;

Select your Operating System.

 

Additional, pls verify that your Audio option is set to “Enabled” in your CMOS/BIOS.
