ALSO THE BYE PASS TRAY IS NOT FUNCTIONING FOR A4 PAPER . CAN ANY ONE HELP IN SOLVING THIS THIS PROBLEM

regarding your first problem:
The waste toner container box neck must be always clean, because on the neck are two round dents, where optical sensor reads status. The permanent solution is to disconnect the sensor, his wires are above waste box ( white connector ).After disconnecting the sensor be sure to empty box every 60 000 to 100 000 copies.

Now the second problem:
Do you mean that paper cant be picked up? Does other paper sizes comes trough?
For start clean the pick up roller wich is locate inside the right door ( on top of the door ) in some cases covered with plastic cover.
Note: when you putt the paper in bypass, be sure to select correct paper size, paper type and from where to pull paper( bypass ).
