Sanyo PLC-SW30 Projector is ceiling mounted projecting onto an interactive whiteboard. Recently the projected image developed a yellow tone. I have replaced the lamp & cleaned the lens and all the filters. Any ideas?

The filters are starting to show their age. This is a normal occurance for projectors and is the result of heat. The filters and/or the mirrors might need to be changed.

We have inherited a Sanyo Pro-X multiverse projector without an instruction manual. The projector was fixed to a ceiling but we would like to use it freestanding. When attempting to use the projector this...

You need to turn off the ceiling mode to get the picture to project correctly. This is in the Settings Menu. See page 37 of the manual which is currently available here: http://cncms.com.au/SANYO-IMs/Commercial-Industrial/plcsw30_im.pdf .

Press Menu. Then use the left/right arrows to move to the icon with the projector and screen shown. (Note: right now this row will be on the bottom of your screen and the icon will be to the left side of the row.) Press the down arrow and move to the Ceiling icon with the R. It should be the seventh icon from the upside down "Up" arrow; it's next to the Capture icon with a camera. (Normally, ceiling icon shows as an upside down R when your image is projected right-side up. There is also a rear-projector icon with a mirror image R when the image is right-side up.) Press Select and then use the arrow keys to choose the On/Off options. You may need to press Select again to save the setting.

I hope this helps.

Can not make picture bigger on my Sanyo PLC-SW20 projector

depending on the size of the surface you are projecting on, and what the zoom capacity of your lens is, you probably only have one choice available to you, and that is to move your projector farther away from what you are trying to project onto.....

hope this helps!

Yellowed image projection

The yellow you see is all dust on the mirrrors inside your projector.
If u are lucky you can get the mirrors cleaned by a pro, if you are unlycky as i was, the blue mirror has burn and u need to replace it.

Take your projector to someone who repaire tv:s ot other electronics, they will help you. If its only the cleaning its cheap, if you need to replace a mirror its expensive.

Good luck
