HOW TO SETUP A MUSTEK 1200 UB PLUS SCANNER WITHOUT SETUP CD

I downloaded 2 different files from the Mustek website, They were "1200ubplusv 12" and "up_libv 13." I did not have any success with either of them. I also downloaded another file from 3rd party site it was called "PnS1200UB+XP." When unzipped it contained "Web.exe" and "web.W02 to web.W07." I clicked on Web.exe and this installed, However, when I clicked on the "panel icon" I got the following error message, "This application has failed because LTKRN70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application might fix this problem." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no success.
