Won't drain or spin and makes a noise in drain pump

NOT SURE WHAT UR MACHINE WILL DO IN SERVICE MODE BUT DOUBT IT CHECKS TRANNY? THE LIKELY CULPRIT IN UR CASE MAY BE A DEFECTIVE DOOR SWITCH? OR WORN MOTOR COUPLER ( BETWEEN TRANNY AND MOTOR) DOUBT ITS UR TRANNY?

You shoul inspekt water outlet on the bottom of the drum. There is mabye something inthere.

use a putty knife to remove the front panel , you can remove it by pushing the putty knife into the 2 black tabs between the top and front panel. from there you can get to the drain pump . inspect by taking the hoses off the pump and remove debris. If nothing found replace the pump. hope this helps, let me know

Supposing that it does not, I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The unit could possibly have a faulty pump, timer, or door lid (if it is a laundry center).

sound as though the drain pump has something hitting the impeller making the clicking noise,and the filter basket next to the pump is blocked by debris and not letting it drain

Sounds like something is stuck in the drain pump.  If nothing is stuck in the pump replace the pump.  It won't spin until it drains, so fixing the drain problem will fix the spin.  You can get at the drain pump by taking off the bottom panel.
