Click the corner of the screen and actually drag it to the maximized size instead of just hitting the maxmimzed button.

It is probably out of ink. Check ink cartridges, or use the machine manufacturer's software to report on ink levels or on the status of the printer.

Replace the printer

try another catrige, check if anything stuck in nozzles, use proper catrige, the number of your originle catrige and current should be same,but for sure the problem with either with your catrige or the place where you fix you catrige.

1) make sure you do not have any error on the screen like TONER LIFE END

2) Once a fax prints a fax it is no longer in memoery UNLESS you setup that feature before hand.

there are only two reasons why faxes would notprint - because there is an error or no toner.

another thing might be that you are not acutally recieving faxes. The sreen may say you are but it is cut off before the transaction can be completed.

If you are not getting an error message, your nozzles may be clogged. If you are using aftermarket or refilled cartridges, insert new OEM cartridges and run deep cleaning a number of times (3x) and the realignment utility. This should clear the nozzles and the cartridge sensors. Secondary market cartridges often do not meet manufacturer's specifications and can clog the printer nozzles. This should clear the problem.

if that is a refilled cartridge, you might have a problem with the ink. try print something (text) in pure black , and grey only, and see waht happens, if does notprint, means the printer has hard time with that black cartridge.

I fixed the printer by unistalling the programme and the re-installing it again and it is fine again it came down to one thing in the end and the driver needed to be updated theactual printer was fine. Windows did the updating and i installed the programme all over a again.

it's a cartig problem may be yr cartig is SHORT it means it's circut is damage or not work so yr printer is not recognize that time yr printer understand that there is no cartig avalable so try to replace yr cartig it's help u
