I know this sometimes happens with these smart phones; one day they just up and quit.
You could try a fresh battery, and check your charging source.
Mine did something similar a couple days ago - I thought it was charging all night long, and in the morning when I went to turn it on... nothing. It ended up being my charging cable, it wasn't putting any juice to the phone.
First Option: mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems... just try the following.. connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)... found out whether it is charging or not... if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)... if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging IF Charging Problem not Solved So
Second Option: Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC And charging Problem will Solved Quickly
i'm having the same problem,so i went and bought me another battery, but nothing yet, same problem, and then suddenly the phone just die,if i put all day on the base to charghe it,it says charging, but once you puck up the phone off the base,is dead completely dea.
u better contact motorola for further assistance..it could possibly a hardware problem that you can't fix, only the technicians of the manufacturer..however your phone actually has a warranty of 90 days from the day u bought it..make sure of the warranty of your phone
nokia mobile phones has maximum charge holding capability.motorola phones consumes more charge if we use mp3 player in it.are you a continuous user of mp3 player then try to decrease it
the mainboard is gone and have to either be replaced or taken to a mobile service center close to you and hvae them use special equipment to revive it.
