Question i own a refurbished konica 7055 model which i acquired in a surplus store here in the philippines. the machine has a problem now which the technician of a company where i bought were able to fix. the copies were blurred, dirty and it has a dark dot which is very visible in the edge of a paper. thank you, may you give me a tips on how to fix it.

1) For a copy to be blurred: either you need to add more ink (Toner) or you need to increase the toner density
2) When you have dirty copy: Try to clean your glass and the glass cover and also clean the mirrors inside and the zoom/lens.
3) a dark dot: you have to bring out the drum unit and roll it round you may be able to see a spot on, clean it with a fry cloth and fix it back to its position.
