Mother board p4xp-x does not detect one tra byte hard

To installing a 1Tb hard drive inside your computer will not work because the BIOS configuration has a limit on the maximum hard drive it can support.
The only way you can use a 1Tb hard drive is to install it in an USB hard drive adapter case and then plug this adapter into the computer's USB port. The computer will see this as an external storage device.

Why can't my computer change screen resolution

The resolution is dependant on the VGA card
(speed and on board ram) if u are using one.If u are using a video card have u loaded the drivers.
If u are using the mother board video check the specs you may need to allocate more ram to the video via the cmos.
Check the manufactures specs on the motherboard and or video card u may need to upgrade to a newer agp or pci video card.

Camera usb 2.0 drivers

Unfortunally the Asus motherboard does not list drivers for windows Vista. (No support for Vista).
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=P4XP-X&SLanguage=en-us
You are left with Vista update software from microsoft. On the P4XP-X board open you're manual to page 1-4.
Number 24 supports USB 2.0 & number 25 supports USB 1.1.
Windows update service installs USB driver software for all motherboards. You may need to go back to Windows XP.

Power problems

Hi Tarry101,
Can not help you because you have not listed the model name of the motherboard & the model number. You can find this on the mother board. Depending on the age of the board the model number will be written on the board, usually written in white lettering. (Example), "Asus P4XP-X or AOpend VKM400Am-S".
If you have the manual for the motherboard you can find the model number there.
When you do find the model number click the Ask Me button under my nickname & I'll go over the connections for you.
