I'm assuming you are trying to empty the windows print spool cache.

If that is the case, you need to stop the print spooler service, empty the cache, then restart the print spooler service.

The exact steps vary by Windows version, if you need more help, I'd need to know which version of windows you are using.

I have a new computer with windows 7 premium 64 bit and a hp psc 750xi all in one printer how do i get the drivers to have my printer work

  1. Navigate to the HP website. http://www.hp.com.au
  2. Click on the Support and Drivers section, located at the top right of the page.
  3. In the for product field - type in: HP PSC 750xi All-in-One Printer. Press <Enter>.
  4. Click the Software and Drivers Download link.
  5. Click the link Microsoft Windows 7 (64 bit).
  6. Click on the link that says, Installing the Product with the USB cable ...
  7. Here you will find HP's solution to the problem.
Note: HP have not updated their drivers for this printer for use with Windows 7. You will be able to get basic functionality from your printer, but not all of the features of your printer. You may wish to shop around for another printer. If you do, make sure you check what systems the printer works on (i.e., xp, vista, windows7) etc...

How do I know when my HP Printer 750xi is out of ink? I don't have the manual. Thanks, Fixya Guys!

The software will pop up and notify you. If it doesn't you will notice, it will print and be very very light in color.

Don't worry, they last a while ;)

Thanks

How do I access the ink jets?

You must open up the printer. The lift point is in the front between the paper output and glass scanning surface. You should see and indent there . When you lift it up (it does weigh a slight bit), the printer heads should move to the access position. There is a lever on top of each cartridge to unlock it front the carrage.
