Have you tried a Master Reset?
Hold the red power (end call) button, take the battery out, replace the battery. You will be prompted if want to reset the
phone with Up for yes, and Down for no. This is how to completely wipe the phone to the state it was when you first bought it. Please make sure to have any custom applications and data on the device (other then data that comes from outlook) backed up. When you resync it to outlook, your contacts, emails,
calendar etc will come back.
If after a master reset, the phone does not power on, then you will need to get it replaced, as this is a definate sign that the mainboard inside the motherboard is bad.
