Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.

You need unlocked phone. ATT sim works only with ATT phone.

You will need a new SIM card. You can contact Net 10 at 1-877-836-2368 to get your replacement SIM card. Hope this helps!

Puk stands for Personal Unlocking key, you obviously have entered your pin incorrectly 3 times so to get your puk code call your phone network provider to get it, ie. vodafone ok your welcome

you need to contact your service provider to get the code. they may ask you to bring the phone in.

service provider will do that for free, because they dont want to lose either 1 subscriber. what do you think?
