Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
NOTE:
The USB cable connects to the port on the back of the product. The port is labeled with the USB icon (

Remove the cartridges from the product.
Wait for the 'Insert Cartridges
' message to display on the control panel.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
Wait 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button (
).
Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
Reconnect the USB cable to the rear of the product, and then try printing again.
Solution two: Service the product
If you have completed all the steps listed above and are still experiencing a problem, service the product.
The product displays a '0x ...
' error message. The exact text of the error varies by product, but it is usually preceded by the word 'Error
.'
Important:
If your error message includes the words 'ink system failure
,' check your cartridges before reading this document. If you use any of the following cartridges, refer instead to
'Ink System Failure' Message Displays on the Control Panel
(c01458034) (in English) to solve this error:

Have you reset the Machine? If not, follow the instructions;
Remove the cartridges, disconnect the usb, switch off, unplug the power chord, leave it off for few minutes. Again switch it On without the cartridges installed and without usb cable connected to it, press the power button several times while it boots up, and leave it on for few minutes, again shut it down using the power button and install the cartridges, connect the usb cable and restart your printer. This will fix your problem if there isn't internal/system failure/faulty.
