When I turn on the camera, the menu and everything works perfectly, the only issue, which in the grand scheme of things IS quite important, there's no image whatsoever. DSC-T200 has faulty CCD Imager and needs to replace. Sony Service Center will do the job propely.
DSC-T3, your camera has same problem and good news for you is Sony will repair it free of cost.

If your pictures taken with the camera are seen when downloaded to the PC, the it is sure that the LCD is faulty or damaged.
The presence of vertical lines show that the processor driver to the LCD has failed. You have confirm cost of the new LCD before it can be decided.
I had a similar problem, where the only option on the menu for the flash was off. I initialised the camera (reset everything), and the flash options have reappeared, and it now appears to work fine (initialise is in the settings menu from home).
It is problem of bad CCD imager IC and this part needs to be replaced. Sony will repair it free of cost as per announced scheme for this problem in DSC-T1 Camera. Please click on Sony CCD Support for details. If you are in other country, let me know to guide you more.
