it need to update your system bios, download its bios from internet. and start your laptop in safe mode. ( for this when your computer start press F8). and install bios. your problem will solve.

possible setting issue.
If you Go to,
start, control panel, power options, (classic view)
have a look in the power options there, set as needed. there is a few, check them all out.

use disc cleanup,defragmenter, delete temp internet files, in tools on menu bar , delete history,

update the Operating system at Microsoft.
update virus protection and run a full scan.

you should be good if no hardware problems.
