phone does not have a puk code, the puk code is on the sim card, if you take the sim card out and put in any other sim card the phone will work, but if you put this sim card back in it will ask for a puk code again.


You can ONLY obtain the puk code from the service provider that the sim card is from, they are the only people who can get you your puk code, since its unique, programmed into the sim card, we can't calculate it or get it, its the service provider you HAVE to contact.

The puk code only be got from the network operator(company in which you have got sim card).
The puk code does not depend on the mobile model and manufacture.
By providing sim card number which will be printed on sim card and the mobile number you will get puk code from the network operator customer care

call your carrier. (at&t, verizon etc.) give them your imei number. you can find it under your phone battery on a sticker. it is 15 numbers long. call your carrier and give this code to a mobile customer care representative and they should give you a 8 digit subsidy unlock code. Then once you get your subsidy code power your phone off take the battery out along with the sim card, replace the battery but leave the sim card out and power the phone back on, then when it gets to the menu screen punch in #7465625*638* and after that last star put in the 8 digit subsidy code your carrier gave you and your phone should say network lock deactivated. hope this helps.

You can unblock your phone by doing the following:
Instructions

• Power on without SIM
• Type in #7465625*638*8 Digit unlock code#
  
• Device should say: “Network Lock Deactivated”
• Phone may automatically reboot

*The 8 digit code can be obtained by calling the Mobile Operator Customer Care Department and given the representative the IMEI number. In exchange they will give you the Subsidy Unlock Code. Alternatively, you can go online and seek out a Subsidy Unlock site.

To obtain the IMEI number press *#06# on your mobile device.
