Xerox Phaser 7750DN FUSER JAM

Hi
i have problem with phaser 7750 with fuser jam
all the time paper jam in the same spot all the time
i buy brand new fuser but still i have the same problem
Do you know what its wrong

i dont have any code error
just fuser jam info- all teh time
i call to tech suport
but they told me it can be
1. foto sensor or
2. Inverter Transport Assembly or
3. Tray 2 Feeder Assembly (FEEDER ASSY)
i clean everything from that parts
and still nothing
i have the same problems
im not sure which part its can be
do we have some tech software who can check exactly the problem

or what part can be bad in %

Same problem here. I bought the printer used at a liquidation sale and it did print before, since the seller had the status printout page, properly dated. I know someone who works at Xerox and she checked it for me to verify the info. I've tried all the recommended solutions, to no avail. Any ideas?

Paper jam in area before fuser

One possible solution, check on the left hand door when you open it. There is a spring loaded exit flag on the door, these can break causing jams at the fuser.

I have a Xerox Phaser 6180 MFP, and it keeps saying paper jam and there is no jam, what can I do?

Check the fuser for paper stuck in it.

Check that the 'paper out' sensor arm (in the fuser) is not broken. If it IS broken, you'll need a new fuser.

Problem with my Phaser 7750

Sounds like the NVM was corrupted and it can't boot properly.
Probably needs to have the firmware reloaded.

Xerox Phaser 7700 laser printer problem. Display panel show the following warnings. Paper jam at A-Fuser and Paper tray 1 missing. There is no paper jam and the paper tray 1 is present.

If your Xerox phaser 7700 7750 or 7760 is having a Paper Jam at A-Fuser error, this video should help. Good luck

XEROX PHASER 6180 SAYS PAPER JAM, I CLEARED PAPER JAM, PUT IN NEW CARTRIDGE, AND IT STILL SAYS PAPER JAM

Check the fuser for paper stuck in it.

Check that the 'paper out' sensor arm (in the fuser) is not broken. If it IS broken, you'll need a new fuser.

Those rollers are necessary to feed paper from the fuser. Order PN 116-1759-00 which is the 15 inch long shaft w/ 4 rollers

Hello sir; Try to move out fuser unit, check the fingers against the fuser rollers, does it build up toner on the finger tip if it does, clean it up otherwise replace it.

Hi,

Solution 1: There is probably a very small piece of paper caught in the fuser, remove it from the machine if you can and try manually feeding paper through it.

Solution 2: Try different paper. The paper may be too weak to pass through the hot fuser, and this doesn't matter you are always using the same paper company, sometimes they change their suppliers.

Somehow you jarred the fuser. Turn the machine off and reseat the fuser. Open the left side door, there will be 2 thumb screws.
Remove and reseat the fuser, if that doesnt work you have to replace the fuser.

Paper jam at fuser

1. Faulty/blocked fuser exit sensor or faulty/blocked POB sensor. The printer thinks paper is present at one of these sensors when there should not be paper present
Verify that the fuser exit sensor is not stuck
If both sensors are working correctly, the most likely cause is the POB sensor is being blocked by the transfer unit. This can happen if the sensor is out of position, or if the transfer unit's white plastic baffle is out of position. Try bending the POB sensor bracket outward slightly to clear the baffle and retest.
