I need to find the volume for the barbie learning laptop. It is turned up so loud, my grand daughter can't even play it without getting a headache.

The volume and contrast controls are located at the top left of the keyboard. The choices are high, medium and low. You can get a PDF of the instructions for the laptop at http://www2.oregonscientific.com/ulimages/manuals2/BG68_09-US%20Manual.pdf

My daughter's favorite Barbie's head broke off. How can I fix it? The top of the neck is chipped just a little and I can see a purple plastic part rolling around in the head.

The best thing to do is just get it all together, get some strong super glue and hope for the best really. Or just go buy another one!

I just called the number in the link above looking for the credit card for the Shop With Me Barbie Cash Register and they indicated to me that they have the price sheets available for that particular toy. I don't know if you have that particular cash register or a different one, but that set sells for $7.00.

For the Barbie laptop ebay has a barbie store.I also have a link at the bottom for the matel parts wearhouse. they have like 8 different ones on eBay ranging from 5 dollars on up. Depending on you model you might be able to replace it with another one for under 20 dollars. Also if you have a model with USB ports you can plug in an external mouse or keyboard to use.
