I have an hp psc all-in-one 2410xi photosmart printer that worked well with my HP computer. The mother board in my tower crashed. I have a new computer with Windows Vista and need to upgrade my printer so that it can be installed on my new computer. Can you help me?

If you read the manual you will see that the unit will read SD cards, however the high caacity cards (SDHC) are not in the compatibility chart!

try to unplug printer restart your computer, remove drivers and plug in computer found new hardware must be reflected if not replace printer cable if using usb cable try to check if usb enabled in bios setup.

Are you using genuine HP cartridges or have you refilled old cartridges recently?

These are typical problem when either the cartridges is non HP genuine type or if it has been refilled.

there are two cartridges in the printer did u replaced both the cartridges ,as sometimes both the cartridges r faulty.and so this message comes.
