I lost the installation disk to instal the printer info on to my mac, i need an installation software that I can maybe find on the internet. Can u help?

You can copy the needed drivers and software to cd and install from there. Take this link to Canon, select the operating system of the computer that will use the printer, select your needed drivers, select download, say yes to the agreement and when the window opens to run or save click save and save to your disk drive. This disk can then be used to load the drivers onto your other computer. There are more than one file to copy and there are Spanish versions, so read each download carefully.

if you have a Software disk then no need internet for printer installation just run the cd and follow the step

After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then ifyou get in troubles, followthe instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

From the looks of it from HP's website, they do not have any info about this printer. Closest search result gives a notebook (V3195TU). If you have any other info, I can help you locate the drivers and any install software you may need to run this printer.
