Help! Asrock MOBO P4VM800...

My processor was damage..it took me a year to replace it..coz i have other pc..now that i bought new processor and put it on my MOBO...it says that CMOS Checksum Bad, Date and Time....the processor works good..my problem is my hdd cant be dcetected...all are detected except the HDD..i tried to reset but still same cant be detected..will somebody help me please..thnx in advance..
