Sounds like you have an empty ink catridge. even though the catridge doesn't look complete empty the sensor can decide it is and won't work until you change the cartridge. You might want to remove and reinsert all of the cartridges making sure they are in the proper slot and properly setted.

Several possibilities: if copying using the ADF - clean the glass under the ADF feed. If a print is the same as a copy - check the toner cartridge. This type of cartridge collects heaps of junk in the waste chamber which interferes with the print when nearly empty. If neither of those - dust on the imaging scanner = refer to service dude.
The percentage-of-available-toner is based on calculations made by the printer's internal software -- quite different from putting a measuring-stick into an above-ground oil-tank to determine the ACTUAL level.
So, while the calculations say "zero percent left", there still is some toner inside the toner-cartridge, and so it still prints.
Buy a replacement cartridge. When you finally do run-out of toner, install the new cartridge.
Compare it to buying a new quart of milk, and then using the last 1/8 of the quart of the milk currently inside your refrigerator -- use the "old" milk until it is 100% gone, and then switch to the "new" milk.
go to printer folder from control panel double click to imageclass see there is some printin quque delete all print jobs also right click to printer see there printer is offline make it online then try to print
Check if there is an good connection between cartridge and pin at the right side of crg. inside crg.holder( a little pin wich goes in and out when you open or close cover )
Try with old crg. if it works the problem is new crg.
