Just hit the "PrtScn" button on the keyboard, then open Windows "Paint" program, and hold the Control key down and hit the letter V. Then save the image wherever you want, in whichever format you want.
Either your CD/DVD drive is dirty & needs to be cleaned, or the drive has gone bad & needs to be replaced. First,
try to take the drive off the laptop. Open the drive & blow
compressed air into it (from a can of compressed air) to clean it. You
could also clean the lens (the small round glassy object inside the
drive) using lens cleaning tissues & lens cleaning fluid. If this did not fix the problem, you will need to replace the CD/DVD drive with a working one, or use an external CD/DVD drive
your DVD ROM lens has became weak. and it cannot be repaired. But
if you manage to open the DVD ROM clean the dust in it & it will
start working again but be careful remember that no power should be
attached to ROM. or you can buy a lens cleaner from market and try that. pls rate my solution thankyou
