During a call press the volume buttons on the left side of the screen. The volume buttons are those that seem like a large button but actually these are 2 depending on what side you press.

I couldnt here voice of other side person, even if i increase the volume while call is going on.

Hello, its not a volume problem you are experiencing, its a ear piece problem.all you need to do is to get another ear piece from a mobile phone accessories stores that's if you are technically inclined, but if not,I would advice you visit a mobile phone authorized technician.
The problem you facing occured duely because your ear piece has bursted due to either maximum increase in ear phone volume.
Wish you good luck,
Take care.

I can't hear the person I'm talking to. I have ajusted the volume and I know the speaker still works because there are other noises coming from it. I'm not sure if I just changed something unintentionaly.

Hello,

This means that your phone ear pic has develop fault internally what you need to understand from the noise you hear from the phone .

The noise you hearing from the phone is suppose to be the voice of the person you are speaking with

The way out to fix up this phone is that the ear pic need to be replace with another new and better one

To fix it up you will take it to a good phone work shop around you for replacement
.
PLEASE NOTE, your t-mobile sidekick do not have any secret internal adjuster apart from the volume .

Take care and thanks for using fixya.
